One thing I am looking into is a 2011 and newer 6R80. They have adapters for them and supposedly you can bolt up most Ford trasfer cases. They have standalone controllers for the conversion with an E4OD. I have seen a couple write ups saying a stock one can handle 1000HP. I am still looking into it...

yeah, the new suspension done. Way more happy as the change got rid of a lot of wander in the steering. AlsorRegeared the front to match the 4.10's in back and can actually use 4wd now
Next step, rebuilding the steering box and shaft.
