Re: 94 Raptor killer
Selling the complete rear suspension and rear-end setup. Check out the forsale section. Save time, money and frustration while I do the opposite linking my truck haha. Probably won't work any better anyway. Just want to scratch that itch. Screenshot_20220422-131611.jpg Sent from my SM-G996U using Ta...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
Holy moly wat a wild goose chase I had. After getting everything installed w/ the 5 speed I had a horrible grinding sound. Long story short. After having the trans in and out of the truck 4 times, 2 new pilot bearing, ordering and returning a few hundred $$ in parts; I learned...... F-series/broncos...

Master cylinder compatibility and bore sizes
Does anyone have or know of a chart with the bore sizes of ford master cylinders? I have factory front calipers and gm metric calipers. The truck stops fine but it soft and a lot of travel. I'd like to go larger on the MC bore to tighten it up. Stock MC bore? Any bolt on larger bore? Thanks!!! Sent ...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
Short throw and a little massaging of the shifter and its all fit in there. Need to figure out a fix for the boot as the short through raised it. I got real confused when I went to do the trans mount. The output isn't centered, the E4OD offsets the trans mount so it is centered. The ZF doesn't. I ha...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
The trans is in. I need to make the new cross member. I'm a little annoyed where the old mounting points lined up on the new trans. Not ideal but I built them pretty beef the first time so I don't think I'll change them. Also my brother had an idea for a ground for the welder that wouldn't move when...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
Does just the pedal pad hit the cage, or the pedal itself? A slight bend in the arm above the pedal may bring it close enough to clear the tube. BUT, you'll for sure want to test "shift" it a few times to make sure your foot is good on the tube. Last thing you'd want is to be trying to operate the ...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
Pedals ammnd master installed. I'm going to have to massage the factory pedal to clear the cage. Im not sure I'll be able to fully depressed the clutch with my seat where uts at. I think since I'm already going to be cutting and grinding on the pedal to cleat the cage I may bring the pedal itself cl...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
It was actually a blessing in disguise. When I pulled apart the manual tcase the oil pump was installed wrong....mind bogglingly wrong. So if destroyed itself and the pump impelled and springs were loose in the case. I cleaned the he'll out of it and had all of the parts acounted for so I just throu...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
So I went to swap the VSS flange from my original Tcase onto the new manual shift one. Unfortunately they are slightly different sooooo... now I'll be taking apart both tcases to swap the output shift. Re: 94 Raptor killer
Going slow as usual. I have gathered all the last odds and ends to finish it out. So my theory for the wiring is.... Per the MLPS pin out- 700 ohm resistor between the gy/r and lb/y and that would make the ECU think it's in Neutral all the time. w/pk and r/lb to a pressure switch on the clutch so it...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
They are year ranges. This one is for a 95, Paul punisher was pretty cool.and just swapped the one I had for the 95 when I swapped transmissions last time. Update: 5 spd Swap is a go. I snagged a pretty close to complete set up. Trans, tcase, Flywheel, clutch, all the levers and boot. All I need is ...

Re: 94 Raptor killer
It's been far to long since I've been on here. Alot has happened. I moved a few times just deployed for 8 miserable (covid ruins everything) months but now I'm back. So in typical fashion I geared up to get the bronco painted. Took it off non-op, got to the smog shop, passed woot woot, then destiny ...

Re: Let’s talk Motor upgrades ! Non Stroker..
I need to do something about the pitiful power and poor mpg's. I'd be OK with the mpg's if it made 300+ HP and I'd be OK with the low power if got ~50% better mileage. My '91 Sub with a 350, 700R4, 3.73's, and 285R16's under a ~4" lift got 16 by the GPS if I did my part. When I didn't do my part it...
