Have you ran 37s with a non-floater rearend? Curious on how it will hold up. I want to go to 37s but don't have the $$$ for a full floater.

Re: Jose's 94
I would just get some new perches and set it up for the springs with out wedges. Giant included some MOPAR ones with my 64 kit. The have rounded edges which are supposed to be nicer to the springs. I wrote down the part number somewhere I will try and find it.

I ended up getting some 35 spine axles for stock width for a deal with 5/8 studs so when I had the ends realigned I just took t...

The roof rack is just bolted to the fiber glass top correct? What kind of weight can it hold? Im not usually a fan of roof racks but Im diggin this one. Could you potential use a roller bender to get the tube to follow the roof lines?

Re: 9 inch bracing
You can pre-load or pre bend the housing to help but the only right way to do it is too use a thru rod and make it straight after trussing. I pre-load 1/4" on mine and it was still not straight after welding.

A reinforcing plate/ring was added to the inside of the upright to add strength to the spindle bolts. ...
