Ya i have heard about the oil in the front diff coming out at high speeds.
The way i was thinking about driving during in a desert race is keep the front hubs locked in at all times and only engage the 4wd when need (deep sand, mud, rocks, silt).

I think im going to weld them up. I dont want any weak points. I already cracked a radius arm on the flange where the bolt goes through.
And if i break or bend the beams or radius arms that just means i get to build a whole new set.
