*Help* Heims and Bushing Part #'s for Solo Motorsports Kit

I've had my Solo Stage 4 kit (King coilovers and Deaver Q80 leaf pack) on for about 3 years and am in need of a bushing overhaul. Can anyone help me with part numbers for the following items: Radius arm heims Leaf pack bushings (I believe there's plastic spacers in there to get the 2.5" pack to fit ...

Re: Ford 9" Disc Brake Options - Advice?

A main piece of this puzzle many often don't think about is the E brake and if you want/need to maintain this or not. If not slide on rotors and chevy calipers with cheap brackets are super cheap and easy. If you want to maintain the e brake stuff gets a bit more tricky/spendy. Also, one thing to t...

Re: Ford 9" Disc Brake Options - Advice?

Well, seeing as how only 30% of braking power comes from the rear, I’m not expecting much gains. I did some research on Wilwoods website and learned a few things: 1. Caliper bore size applies the force (more force does not mean better brakes). 2. Larger brake pad area can lead to better braking. 3. ...

Ford 9" Disc Brake Options - Advice?

I'm doing preliminary research on building a 35 spline semi-float 9". I'm currently running through the disc brake options and there's so many to choose from. The initial 4 that fit the budget are: RuffStuff weld on kit - uses bronco front rotors and Chevy calipers Explorer kits 11" Bolt on Jeep JK ...

Re: How often do you change bushings and Heims?

Okay thanks. I have a significant vibration above 65 mph, and have ruled out tires and driveshaft. Check to make sure your front hubs are properly unlocked. I've had experience with a simmilar problem a while ago and it turned out to be a stuck front hub. Spinning one front driveshaft can cause vib...

Re: Low Fuel Light

Nope. 32 gallon tank, so just figure out your normal MPGs and watch the odometer to figure out when you need to refill.

Re: How often do you change bushings and Heims?

I’ve had my Solo Stage 4 kit for about 3 years (maybe 30k miles with about 20 off road trips) and am wondering what’s the general life or maintenance interval of pivot bushings, leaf pack and hanger bushings, and radius arm heims? How about coilovers? Im noticing I’m starting to sage passenger side...
