Desolate Motorsports sway bar

I'm considering getting one for my 96 bronco.Anybody have one? If so, what are your impressions? Tell me about your vehicle and suspension set up. Does the sway bar limit articulation ?

Re: Wanted 1996 bronco donor

You've peaked my interest. The idea of doing a truck has been rattling around in my brain. I was thinking a regular cab short bed.
What do you have?

Re: MINT 96 Bronco

Sounds like lots of nice parts. Can you tell me about the seats and the steering? Are they the stock units?
Does it have a roll cage? Power window?

Re: Wanted 1996 bronco donor

Definitely did not want to imply there is an issue with your parts. I'm just very happy with what I've got. I cant find a build thread for Cheryl. Can you send me a link. I dig the color of the truck! What did you do for the from suspension?

Re: Wanted 1996 bronco donor

I'm interested. I am very happy with my suspension set-up, so I intend to transfer it over to the "new truck".
If I remove all of your parts, what would the resale value be. Do you know of people that would want to buy those parts?

Re: Wanted 1996 bronco donor

At this point, Based on the information so far, I think my plan of action is to transfer my suspension and possibly my drivetrain as well. Currently I have a stock 96 5.8 with 140k, tranny has a shift kit and oversized oil pan.I'm told that a 95 or 96 is most desirable because of firewall/wiring con...

Re: New guy

Thanks fellas, I'm happy to be part of the bronco community! Yup. I put her on her side. The only injury is my pride. It turns out that a bronco tips over pretty easy in the right conditions. I own it though...operator error for sure. A little hot into a seriously grooved corner on the Mojave Rd. Th...

New guy

I've owned several different off-road vehicles, dirt bikes, quads, Baja, Manx, ranger, F150 4x4, My current quiver includes a near stock 01 Grand Cherokee, an SV16 with a Honda3.5, and a 1996 bronco. I bought the bronco from Robert Craven. It seems he is fairly notorious on this site. For those of y...

Wanted 1996 bronco donor

Confession time......I put my sweet 96(formerly owned by Robert Craven) on its side on the Mojave rd. The damage is substantial at the A and B pillars. I'm looking for a high mileage, unmolested, 96 to transfer all the quality parts.

Come on, I know one of you guys has one hiding in your garage.
