Re: Suggestions for current suspension
Dale is a stand up guy. Definitely recommend him. Maybe so but I left two messages with two different people at the shop to get a quote on Fiberwerx glass. Waited a week, called was told someone will call back, called back next day to leave a second phone # and was told buddy was sic... So that's m...

Re: Autofab hood, front and rear fenders
Asssss! I just had a post in the wanted section and went ahead with Mcneil for fenders and quarters. If no one takes the hood I'll take it and pay for shipping to Sumas WA if possible.

Re: Suggestions for current suspension
Yah should have mentioned that I'm in Canada. As for Baja North. Well I phoned twice, someone took my message and never returned my calls lol. I think what I'll do do for now is refresh the bushing/tie rods and start searching for used c&t beams. Since my truck is 6" lift I don't think I'd be able t...

Re: Suggestions for current suspension
I'd love to but atm no way could I afford a whole new set up. With CDN exchange rate that kit would cost me $2900 ($350 core) after shipping and 12% more if I was charged tax at the border. For that much I could get new shocks, have the whole front rebuilt, new Deavers for the back. I guess for now ...

Suggestions for current suspension
Ok I'm on a limited budget atm as I'm probably gonna get my tranny rebuilt and maybe the engine but this will be after the suspension work. Body first, suspension, tranny, engine. So what I want from the truck is good street driveability and be able to go fast with out bleeding kidneys on forestry/d...

WTB Fiberglass Fenders/Quarters (US/Canada)
Before I go and buy new stuff looking for in excellent shape FG front and rears and hood if available for 88 brick style nose. Autofab, Hannemann and McNeil make them for the 88 style and will take Autofab or Fiberwerx for the rear quarters or just let me know what you have.

Re: McNeil fiberglass quality?
Ok screw McNeil they never returned any of my emails. Gonna pass on Glassworks after reading on them some more and gonna go with Hannamann for the fronts (although don't really want such a huge bulge) and Fiberwerx for the rear quarters. Hannamann answered all my emails with in hours so love the fas...

Re: McNeil fiberglass quality?
How are glass works fenders? http://glassworksunlimited.com/products/ford/bronco/1987-1991-ford-fullsizebronco-front-fenders-4-5-flare-3-rise I emailed off McNeil and haven't got a reply for a week. Also tried a shop in my province (BC) that deals with Fibererx and I guess they don't want my money s...

Re: McNeil fiberglass quality?
I have dealt with pretty much every fiberglass company over the years and honestly you get what you pay for. I realize importing fees are knarly. I could help you if a pick up in Spokane Washington would help. Thanks for the offer. I can get them shipped to Blaine and wife can pick them up. Should ...

Re: McNeil fiberglass quality?
No I'm screwed for anything like that as all fibreglass seems to be in California. If it was in Seattle or closer to CDN border would be awesome as I'd get the wife to pick it up so if the panels were crap could drive to return them. If I could find a front clip from a 92+ locally I could do the con...

Re: McNeil fiberglass quality?
I'd love to do with Autofab but after xchange rate I'd be looking at $1,799.45 Canadian for the front fenders and read quarters and that's not including $300 CDN+ for shipping + taxes if I pick it up in Blaine and bring it over the border. So after tax Id be looking at $2300!! At that price I could ...

McNeil fiberglass quality?
Not sure how I missed this page but looks likes they have glass from my front style 1987-1991 Bronco http://mcneilracinginc.com/1987-1991-bronco/ How is their quality? I was planning on Autofab which I hear is quite good but with the CDN dollars and being $300 more I'm willing to sacrifice a little ...
