Re: Front aux shock lower mount

The front lower mounts on both my Broncos were broken when I bought them. I veed out the cracks and welded then welded a nice bead all around the large stud base. Has held up fine for 130K miles including one Vegas to Reno Prerun. Make sure that front shock isn't acting as your bump stop or limit s...

Both of my aux shock lower mounts are bent. One is also cracking I was wanting to know if there is any good options for replacing them? Aftermarket sources? Or should i just locate new OEM mounts and keep a eye on them? The truck had not been maintained and was abused before I got it so repairing ev...

Re: something is out of wack... front end help

Just a update the passenger beam bracket was bent. Replaced them along with all the bushings and driving way better last thing I need to do is wheel bearings then shocks. I can't afford c&t as much as I want to. So going to build this up the best I can with brackets and going to be keeping it at 6" ...

Re: rear options for gokindafast build

I can't remember, but doesn't the superlift brackets have 2 sets of holes to go 6" or 4"? If so, Get some 4" coils, ditch the 2' block, put some bilstein 5100's on and go have fun! The stock leafs really aren't that bad if you aren't pushing it real hard. Yes i do have 2 sets of holes. The reason i...

rear options for gokindafast build

My bronco has a 6" lift going for a cheap all around rig. A lot of unmaintained roads fire roads ect. And also a lot of mud and really deep ruts. Not worried about jumping but it will be taking some big hits from ruts and holes in the unmaintained roads. Going to be running Doetsch Tech Pre-runner 8...
