I ended up going to a hydraulic hose shop for tractors and had one custom made, it will handle up to 4000psi, not that it's needed but figured if it's that robust it should last a while for $43.

There never was a fluid issue per say. In a conversation with Paul, I asked what fluid he was using since I have to take this thing apart again. I like the idea of Mercon V, for the reasons listed. Okay, just got off the phone with Carquest, they seem to be the only parts house I could find that carry Cardone in this area.

Thank you Paul, I'll give that pump a try this weekend. What are you running for fluid in that pump?

No, I wish it did.I spent a lot of time doing a two-part Apoxy paint job and now it's all scratched up. Happened when I dropped it off to get it aligned, I was not happy

Yes, Threats steering, very pleased with the fit and finish its quality stuff. I'm going to try and get some pics of the PS cooler I installed when I get home tonight.
