Sorry for the ignorance but what does a drop hanger do? I have the 5.5 lift kit from bronco graveyard. It came with 5.5 deaver coils and j40's. We don't have a lot of open space here in delaware but we can drive on the beach. I got the lift to give a soft ride for the kids.
