Fuel line size
For an 89 Bronco. the supply line is 5/16 with a 5/16 connectors correct? But what about the return line, is that 5/16 or 3/8? What about the connector size on the sending unit?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: 1989 Bronco Prerunner project
To be a reliable daily driver, it would take quite a bit. It doesn't have windows installed, no locks, door panels or anything like that. It was being built just for the desert.

Re: 1989 Bronco Prerunner project
I replaced the fuel tank, in tank pump and sending unit. The return line split when I was driving it one time and I pulled it out anticipating running all new lines. Once new lines are in it will run again.

Fiberglass quarter panel repair
I was drilling the hole for my recessed filler neck and I cracked the quarter panel. Any ideas on how to fix this properly? I was going to try and just fill it with resin and sand it down. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-T5Nh4GJpvrY/UnFECzDq3zI/AAAAAAAAADQ/zSnWwam2TI8/w431-h577-no/photo+%25282%25...

Re: Aluminum Door Panels
I just got an Eastwood bead roller a few months ago. I have never used another one. It seems ok, you just have to tighten to rollers kind of tight to get them to work good.

Re: Aluminum Door Panels
I dont want plastic replacements. I dont have a top or windows in the doors. I only drive it on the street to get gas or to go to the desert. Its 80% desert rig. I like those panels youv'e done. I think ill have to do something like that.

Re: New (To me) Coilovers

The only coilovers ive ever had are the ones on my silverado, and they are oem king replacements so I just bolted them on. I was looking at the different replacement parts for the king shocks, how do i know if they ar...

My Autofab arms rub, so I just turned out the steering stop a little. I really havent noticed a difference in turning radius.
