Recessed Fuel Filler

Im getting ready to do fiberglass quarter panels, and I was wondering if anyone has used a recessed filler neck like a fuel safe or jazz on a stock tank? Do you guys think there will be any venting issues using something like this?

Thank you.

Sputter problem

Ok so I finally get to drive my bronco for more than 20 minutes in the two years I have owned it. It is an 89 351w with a C6. When I am driving at about 55 it feels like it tries to load up and will backfire a few times. If I let off the gas it will go back to normal, and if I floor it, it runs like...

Streamlight rechargable led light. I keep a charger in my truck and bronco with an extra battery. I use them for everything.

Re: H.I.D. kits

The 9007 Bi-xenon hid kit works great. I put one in my bronco a few weeks ago. I haven't adjusted them right yet, but they work great. Hi and low beams are very bright.

Re: Grille Brackets

A junkyard in San Diego said $40 for the pair. But I would have to drive two hours to get there since we dont have a pull your part here the imperial valley anymore. If you would do the $40 plus $10 for shipping. They should fit in those USPS flat rate boxes.

Mounting Fuse box to trans hump

I bought a Blue Sea fuse block and i am going to mount it on the transmission hump under the ash tray. I have the whole tub rhino lined, so there is not carpet or insulation. My question is does that hump get too hot to mount it directly down on the hump, or should I make a bracket that sets it up a...

Re: Border Patrol Broncos

Most BP Broncos were stock, but it varies from sector to sector. In San Diego, they put a little more money into their vehicles. In El Centro, most were stock with 33's and 3.73's from the factory and that was it. Occasionally here you would see one with limit straps and a leveling coil. Most vehicl...

Doesn't that suck, that game has jeeps, blazers and gay little hummers, but no broncos. It's still the best Baja game out there though.
