All the offroad parts have about 75 miles on them. Motor and trans have 140000. New steering box, tie rods.

Re: Sparco Questions

I thought the same thing about a hard bottom out but we have had some hard hits and no injuries trying to post some incar of a crash that my partner had while in a tub seat. To me the biggest issue is that when the seat compresses you can come back into the belts in a bad position causing injury. Ma...

Re: Sparco Questions

I had Sparco's in my 12 car and I absolutely loved them. I have Cobra's in my new 10 car and they seem to be just as good. I have used suspension seats for 10+ years and they caused a lot of pain in my chest and sternum area. Problem completely went away with a tub seat. In a suspension seat you are...

Re: Dual rate coilover spring rates

Because you have two springs in a series the effective spring rate is determined by 1/k=1/k1 + 1...

Re: Rear bumpstops

Thanks. I am leaning towards putting them in. The seat bar inside the wheel well is in the way so I will need to change how the seat mounts.

Rear bumpstops

I am in the process of finishing my bronco and I have a set of fox 4" bumps and cans that I planned to use in the rear. The truck has F53's and a Fox 3" 3-tube 16" travel shock. It is going to be a pain to mount the bumps and I want to go play with it for awhile. Should I bite the bullet and install...
